Nvidia DLSS 4: tutti i giochi compatibili

Nvidia ha svelato la serie RTX 50 durante il CES 2025, accompagnata da innovazioni come DLSS 4, l’ultima evoluzione dell’upscaling progettata per migliorare le prestazioni nei giochi supportati.
DLSS 4 si distingue per la funzione Multi Frame Generation, capace di generare fino a tre fotogrammi aggiuntivi oltre a quello renderizzato. Sebbene compatibile con tutte le schede RTX, questa funzione avanzata sarà riservata alla serie RTX 50, mentre gli utenti RTX 40 beneficeranno di un aggiornamento migliorato per la generazione di fotogrammi.
Il nuovo modello AI, utilizzato per DLSS 4, risulta più efficiente: il 40% più veloce e con un consumo di VRAM ridotto del 30%. Un esempio concreto delle sue capacità è stato mostrato in Cyberpunk 2077, dove, con ray tracing attivato e senza DLSS, il gioco raggiungeva 27 FPS in 4K; attivando Multi Frame Generation, il framerate è salito oltre i 240 FPS.
Al momento del lancio, 75 giochi supporteranno DLSS 4 e Multi Frame Generation, con aggiornamenti pianificati per titoli esistenti come Black Myth: Wukong, che supererà i 200 FPS in 4K con una RTX 5090. Tra i titoli già compatibili ci sono DOOM: The Dark Ages, The Witcher IV, Black State e Dune: Awakening, mentre Nvidia prevede di ampliare il supporto nel tempo.
